Refund Policy

One-time digital product purchases

All one-time digital product purchases (PDFs, spreadsheets, image packs) are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.

To request a refund:

1. Email support@wildin.shop within 30 days of your purchase date
2. Include the email address you used at checkout
3. We'll process the refund within 1 business day

No justification required. No hoops to jump through.

Newsletter subscriptions

You can cancel the Weekly Insider Newsletter at any time by replying to any newsletter email with "cancel" or emailing support@wildin.shop.

• Cancellation takes effect immediately
• You will not be charged for the next billing period
• We do not offer partial-month refunds on subscription periods already delivered
• If you've been charged within the last 7 days and haven't yet received an issue, email us and we'll refund that charge in full

Refund processing times

We process refund requests within 1 business day. Once processed:

• Credit/debit card refunds: 3–7 business days depending on your bank
• PayPal refunds: 1–3 business days

What we can't refund

We're not able to refund purchases made more than 30 days ago, or subscription periods that have already been delivered and billed more than 7 days prior.
