Orders & Downloads

How do I receive my purchase after checkout?

Instantly. As soon as your payment is confirmed, a download link is emailed to the address you entered at checkout. This usually arrives within 90 seconds. Check your spam/junk folder if it doesn't appear in your inbox.

What file formats are products delivered in?

Most guides and journals are PDF. Spreadsheets are delivered as .xlsx (Excel-compatible, also works in Google Sheets). Image packs (botanical prints, wallpapers) are delivered as ZIP files containing PNG and/or PDF files. Each product page specifies the exact format before you buy.

My download link didn't arrive — what do I do?

First, check your spam/junk folder. If it's not there after 5 minutes, email us at support@wildin.shop with the email address you used at checkout. We'll resend the link manually, typically within a few hours.

How long does my download link stay active?

Lifetime. Once you purchase, the download link does not expire. You can re-download as many times as you need.

Can I use my downloads on multiple devices?

Yes — for personal use. You can open your PDFs on your phone, tablet, laptop, and desktop. Wallpaper packs can be set on all your personal devices. The one restriction is you can't distribute or resell the files.

Payment & Security

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe, and PayPal. Both are processed through industry-standard secure payment gateways — we never see or store your card details.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal — both of which are PCI DSS compliant. Your card details go directly to the payment processor and are never stored on our servers.

Will I receive a receipt?

Yes — a receipt is automatically emailed by Stripe or PayPal at the point of payment, separate from your download link email.

Refunds & Guarantees

What's your refund policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you're not satisfied for any reason, email support@wildin.shop within 30 days of purchase with your order details and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.

How long do refunds take?

We process refund requests within 1 business day. Once processed, the time to reach your account depends on your bank — typically 3–7 business days for card payments, 1–3 days for PayPal.

How do I cancel the newsletter subscription?

Reply to any newsletter email with the word "cancel" and we'll cancel it same day. You can also email support@wildin.shop. There's no lock-in period — you can cancel at any time.

Products

Are your products suitable for beginners?

Most of them, yes. The Stock Analysis Guide and Plant Care Guide are explicitly designed for people starting from scratch. The Weekly Insider Newsletter assumes some familiarity with basic investing terms. Check each product page for specifics — there's a "who it's for" section on every one.

Is any of this financial advice?

No. The stock analysis guides, newsletter, and portfolio tracker are educational tools only. They help you develop your own investment framework. All investment decisions are your own responsibility.

Is the conspiracy eBook just speculation?

No. Every claim in our conspiracy research eBook is sourced to primary documents, declassified records, peer-reviewed research, or verifiable public records. The footnotes and bibliography are included specifically so you can check everything yourself.

Can I print the PDFs at a professional print shop?

Yes. All PDFs are high-resolution and formatted for professional printing. The botanical prints specifically include CMYK-optimised versions. Any Staples, FedEx Office, or local print centre can handle them.

Do you offer bundles or discounts?
